Positions Available:
- Full-time Middle School: Manage a diverse caseload of 45–50 students across two campuses.
- Full-time Elementary School: Serve 50–55 students in two elementary schools.
- Part-time Elementary School: Deliver tailored speech services to a manageable caseload of 20 students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current and valid Kansas SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- School-based experience or strong comfort working within educational settings.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and deliver therapy for students with communication needs.
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and manage caseload efficiently.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for staff and families regarding speech and language concerns.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and contribute to a positive school environment.
