Positions Available:

  • Full-time Middle School: Manage a diverse caseload of 45–50 students across two campuses.
  • Full-time Elementary School: Serve 50–55 students in two elementary schools.
  • Part-time Elementary School: Deliver tailored speech services to a manageable caseload of 20 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current and valid Kansas SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • School-based experience or strong comfort working within educational settings.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and deliver therapy for students with communication needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and manage caseload efficiently.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for staff and families regarding speech and language concerns.
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and contribute to a positive school environment.
