Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess communication delays, disorders, and needs for students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and required compliance records
- Deliver group and one-on-one therapy to foster speech, language, and social communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support student success
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language development and related interventions
