Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assess communication delays, disorders, and needs for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and required compliance records
  • Deliver group and one-on-one therapy to foster speech, language, and social communication skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support student success
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language development and related interventions
