Your work will directly support students’ communication development, and you'll be collaborating with a dedicated educational team. An onsite facilitator will be available every day to assist as your onsite hands, allowing you to remain focused on delivering top-notch speech and language services.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Genuine interest in fostering student growth and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and execute individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Consult with families, teachers, and school staff to support student success
- Utilize onsite facilitator support to ensure seamless therapy delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions
