Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Endicott, NY

Exciting opportunities await for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a difference in the lives of elementary students. Step into a rewarding contract role serving a vibrant school community near Endicott, NY. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 30th, with standard hours from 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM.

You will work with a manageable elementary school caseload of 15-25 students, all on a single campus, and benefit from a dedicated therapy space to deliver high-quality, focused interventions. Support and growth are prioritized—you’ll have the opportunity to work with Clinical Fellows (CFY) and collaborate with a team committed to student success.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
• Licensure or ability to obtain licensure as required by New York State
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
