You’ll work onsite in a supportive educational environment, serving students across multiple school sites and collaborating with dedicated professionals. This assignment offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time hours through the end of the school year. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and passionate about helping children overcome communication barriers.

Key Qualities and Experience:

  • Current and active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license required before starting
  • Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible Clinical Fellow candidates welcome
  • Experience working in school settings favored, though strong candidates from other backgrounds also considered
  • Bilingual Spanish skills required to effectively serve a diverse population
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites (itinerant role)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative spirit for working with students, educators, and families

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
  • Maintaining accurate documentation per school and state requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional input
  • Managing caseloads across various campuses as assigned
