The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week and a caseload to be determined.
Essential Experience and Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Active SLP license in Colorado.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs.
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough and compliant records, and participate in eligibility meetings.
- Offer classroom strategies and consultative support to educators and parents.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings as required.
