In this school-based setting near Englewood, CO, you'll play a key role as a supervising SLP, guiding and mentoring a Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) throughout their professional journey.

In this role, you'll dedicate 6 hours of direct supervision and 6 indirect hours across three trimesters, ensuring that the SLP CF grows in competence and confidence while providing high-quality speech and language services to students. This position allows you to shape the next generation of SLP professionals while maintaining active involvement in the school community.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current CCC-SLP certification with a valid state license in Colorado (or eligibility)
  • Proven background in school-based speech-language pathology services
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring SLP Clinical Fellows preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for student development and professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thoughtful, compliant supervision to an SLP CF as outlined by ASHA and district/CEU requirements
  • Provide a balance of direct observation and indirect support across three trimesters
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and specialists to support student progress
  • Model ethical, evidence-based intervention and assessment practices
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
