Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification
  • Active Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist: ages birth-21)
  • Successful completion of background check through district channels
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, with confidence managing mild to moderate caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students from birth through 21 years (caseload and school assignments to be confirmed)
  • Administer screenings, assessments, and evaluations as required by IEPs and school programming
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary school teams to create and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and deliver timely progress updates
  • Support students with communication, articulation, fluency, and language challenges in an engaging and motivating manner

This full-time, onsite position consists of approximately 35 hours each week, running ASAP through late May 2027. Enjoy the professional satisfaction of working face-to-face with students in a welcoming and innovative educational environment.
