Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP or CFY eligible
• State licensure in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Previous school-based SLP or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach with educators, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services virtually to K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide progress reports and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Engage and motivate students through interactive, effective teletherapy sessions
• Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of skills into the classroom and home
