Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license; interviews available during the license process
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and experienced SLPAs encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms for delivering remote services
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-4 students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet each student’s unique needs
  • Delivering both in-person and teletherapy services, as applicable
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with all special education and district guidelines
  • Providing mentorship and support to fellow SLPAs or CFY colleagues, if applicable
