Make a difference every day by providing essential speech and language services to students from elementary through high school. This rewarding contract position offers the chance to work onsite in a school setting, engaging primarily with mild to severe caseloads. You’ll work closely with administrators, teachers, and families to empower students and help them achieve their communication and academic goals through the end of the school year.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Current, active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
  • SLP license and certification
  • Experience supporting elementary and high school students
  • Ability to effectively address a range of student needs, from mild to severe
  • Previous work in a school environment strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with both in-person work; open to virtual/remote (Voco) for exceptional candidates
  • Desire and ability to work onsite preferred
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to school sites as needed
  • Not accepting clinical fellows (CFs) for this position

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech-language impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Tailor intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs across elementary and high school settings
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
