This full-time, contract opportunity provides the chance to work onsite with elementary and high school students with mild to severe needs for the remainder of the school year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current CDE certification required
  • Licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience working within elementary and high school settings is highly valued
  • Skilled in addressing a range of student needs, from mild to severe
  • Onsite availability highly preferred; may consider virtual professionals for the right fit
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Open to travel professionals ready to make a difference in a new community
  • Previous schools-based experience preferred; Clinical Fellows not considered for this position

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Providing assessment, intervention, and therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, with emphasis on elementary and high school students
  • Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and tracking student progress
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom routines
  • Participating actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintaining organized and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offering support and guidance to families and caregivers to enhance carryover of skills at home
