Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state
  • Recent experience delivering speech therapy services in a school-based setting preferred
  • Solid knowledge of evaluation tools, IEP process, and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and timely reports of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
  • Deliver consultative support and resources for staff and families as needed
