Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Pediatrics or school-based experience, particularly in early intervention, is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly across multiple district locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for children in early intervention programs, focusing on a range of communication needs
  • Assess, evaluate, and document students’ progress using a variety of tools and data collection methods
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive intervention plans
  • Deliver therapy in a range of district settings, including elementary schools and early childhood centers
  • Attend relevant IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and implementation of student goals
