Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania (SLP-CCC preferred, will consider experienced SLPAs)
• Experience with Early Childhood programs and/or pediatric caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy to children in Early Childhood programs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Document progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain caseloads of approximately 45 students
• Participate in IEP meetings, reporting, and interdisciplinary teamwork
