Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it before the assignment starts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience working within school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills for partnering with teachers, families, and school personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student inclusion and academic success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding communication strategies and student needs
