Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it before the assignment starts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Prior experience working within school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills for partnering with teachers, families, and school personnel
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student inclusion and academic success
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding communication strategies and student needs
