Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP state licensure (Texas or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school settings, especially working with elementary populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students in grades pre-K through 5th
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student outcomes
