Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting early childhood and elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working with a caseload of 50-55 students across two sites, primarily serving children from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Your expertise will help nurture communication skills and support academic success in an engaging school environment.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings (early childhood/elementary focus a plus)
  • Competence in administering speech/language assessments and providing targeted interventions
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students ages 3-11 at 2 designated school sites
  • Perform Child Find evaluations as needed, supporting the early identification and intervention process
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation, data collection, and progress reporting in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as scheduled

This assignment spans the academic year, beginning August 10, 2026, and concluding on May 28, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. You’ll become a valued resource for students, educators, and families, contributing expertise that supports student growth and positive outcomes.
