Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- California state licensure or eligibility required
- Experience in a school setting is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferred (not required): experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screenings and assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services, either individually or in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to facilitate student progress
- Accurately document sessions, monitor student improvement, and participate in team meetings
