Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current or eligible California state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Completion or current pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
  • School-based experience and familiarity with IEPs preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong background in pediatrics and augmentative & alternative communication (AAC) devices a plus
  • For remote applicants: previous teletherapy experience is required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for each student
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to align strategies and maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation of sessions, progress, and communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions as needed
