Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Escondido, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active or eligible California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• School-based experience and IEP familiarity preferred, but not required
• Comfort with AAC devices is an advantage, though not mandatory
• Skilled in pediatric speech therapy across various platforms (including healthcare and teletherapy)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging interventions in both one-on-one and small group sessions
• Consult and coordinate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Accurately document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
