Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly valued
  • Eligible for California state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is welcome, though not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus
  • New graduates (CFY) and experienced SLPs/SLPAs are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges in school-aged children
  • Create and implement targeted therapy strategies based on individual student needs
  • Deliver engaging, growth-centered sessions either in person or virtually
  • Work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support student development and progress
  • Maintain thorough and accurate session documentation, reports, and compliance with all state and school guidelines
