Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure in California and ASHA CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
  • Ability to develop, implement, and modify IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and functional achievement
  • Maintain thorough records of progress, evaluations, and compliance documentation
  • Provide mentorship and support for CFY candidates as applicable
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
