Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP licensure in California and ASHA CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
- Ability to develop, implement, and modify IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and functional achievement
- Maintain thorough records of progress, evaluations, and compliance documentation
- Provide mentorship and support for CFY candidates as applicable
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
