You'll work weekday hours, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., totaling 35 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $50-$65 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.

What we’re looking for:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
• Prior experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Familiarity with common speech and language disorders in children and adolescents
• Ability to manage and balance a full caseload effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with educators, families, and students
• Motivated, organized, and ready to start quickly

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide both individual and group therapy to address a range of speech and language issues
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure cohesive student support
• Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
