Step into a dynamic, contract-based role supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for elementary-aged students. This opportunity focuses on making a real impact in a school-based setting, working with students from preschool through third grade. As a full-time position, your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, allowing for work-life balance while fostering communication skills and academic growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • SLP certification required
  • Relevant experience in a school setting, especially with elementary students, is highly valued
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 50 students across preschool to third grade
  • Design individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational teams
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication needs and overall success
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
