Step into a rewarding contract position supporting early learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where you will play a vital role working with PreK and kindergarten students. As an onsite team member, you’ll provide specialized services that help set the foundation for lifelong communication and learning success among a caseload of approximately 25-35 students.

Leverage your expertise in speech-language pathology in a welcoming, school-based setting during the 2026–2027 academic year. Enjoy stable, daytime hours (37.5 per week), allowing you to make a difference and maintain work-life balance. Candidates licensed as SLP-CCC are encouraged to apply, and those holding out-of-state credentials who are willing to obtain California licensure will be considered.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, a California SLP license
  • Experience working with school-aged populations, especially PreK and Kindergarten
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy to a diverse range of developmental needs
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based interventions

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and therapy sessions for language, articulation, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's development
  • Develop and monitor IEP goals; maintain thorough, timely records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and compliance activities
