We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite in a PreK and Kindergarten setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work with approximately 25-35 students, supporting their speech and language development from August to June.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license; will consider out-of-state applicants willing to obtain California licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Relevant experience with school-aged children, preferably in a PreK or Kindergarten environment
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and observational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students in an onsite, school-based setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations for student success
