Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license (out-of-state SLPs welcome if eligible for CA licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with early childhood caseloads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work onsite throughout the assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver SLP services for a caseload of approximately 25-35 PreK and Kindergarten students
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in an educational setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines
