Whether you are an SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), your expertise will be valued here. Supervision will be provided for CFY or SLPA candidates to ensure everyone receives the guidance they need. What we look for:
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Vermont
- Credentials as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA, with relevant school-based experience preferred
- Energetic, compassionate approach to supporting children with speech and language needs
- Strong organizational skills to service a manageable caseload
- Willingness to collaborate in a team setting and participate in student-focused activities
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for students with communication needs
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in meetings and professional development, including in-service starting August 21st
