Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Estero, FL

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in the Naples, FL area as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work on-site within a welcoming school community, serving a diverse population of K-12 students. Choose a full-time or part-time schedule, working up to 35 hours per week at a single school location in the vibrant Golden Gate City or Immokalee area.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Florida Department of Health SLP license required
• Prior school-based SLP experience is preferred
• Comfortable providing direct speech services and conducting evaluations across a broad age range (K-12)
• Must complete fingerprinting (if not already on file and active via the AHCA Clearinghouse) and obtain a JLA badge prior to start
• Able to uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy interventions and services, tailored to each student’s IEP
• Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communications
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
• Contribute actively to the educational community at your assigned school site
