Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Estill Springs, TN

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPs; associate or bachelor’s degree with SLPA license for assistants
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Ability to work on-site and/or via teletherapy as required
• Open to candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in a school or healthcare setting highly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary school students based on their IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, track student progress, and document results
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and build communication strategies for the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary team collaborations, and ongoing professional development
• Offer support via teletherapy platforms, in addition to on-site services as needed
