What we’re looking for:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Skilled in virtual/teletherapy service delivery
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• SLPA certification/experience a plus, but not required

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans remotely
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to engage and motivate students
• Track and report on student progress and adjust interventions as needed
