What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Skilled in virtual/teletherapy service delivery
- Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- SLPA certification/experience a plus, but not required
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans remotely
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to engage and motivate students
- Track and report on student progress and adjust interventions as needed
