School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Eudora, Kansas

Make a real impact supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Two SLPs are needed to serve an elementary-age caseload, providing essential therapy and evaluation services for the upcoming school year. Qualifications:

• Hold an active Kansas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will also consider strong Clinical Fellows (CF)
• Experience in school-based settings and knowledge of elementary-level service delivery
• Skilled in planning and delivering therapy and completing evaluations
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload of approximately 65 students
• Manage assessment, intervention, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to support student progress
• Split time effectively between two elementary schools to meet student needs
• Maintain compliance with all state and district requirements
