What You’ll Bring:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate state licensure for speech-language pathology
  • Previous professional experience working in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Collaborative mindset for partnering with teachers, staff, and families

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication skills
  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy on both an individual and group basis
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Regularly consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records consistent with district and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and contribute to parent conferences
