What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and carry out customized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific communication goals
  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions targeting a variety of speech and language needs
  • Track, monitor, and document student progress with precision and attention to detail
  • Cooperate effectively with educators, staff, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care
  • Provide education and resources to families to involve them in the therapeutic process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state license, or eligibility for licensure, as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged students is highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team
