What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and carry out customized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific communication goals
- Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions targeting a variety of speech and language needs
- Track, monitor, and document student progress with precision and attention to detail
- Cooperate effectively with educators, staff, and other professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care
- Provide education and resources to families to involve them in the therapeutic process
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state license, or eligibility for licensure, as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged students is highly desired
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team
