Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Eugene, OR

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across the Oakridge school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, in-person contract is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) seeking a manageable assignment in a collaborative educational environment. You’ll work with a low-behavior caseload spanning elementary through high school in multiple buildings, providing essential speech and language services to help students thrive academically and socially. The district is seeking to transition from a virtual to a fully in-person SLP, so candidates comfortable with on-site work are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active licensure to practice as an SLP in Oregon
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or readiness to work in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively across elementary and high school populations
• Dedication to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students
• Assessing, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans for communication disorders
• Consulting with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Developing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and supporting compliance with special education regulations
• Traveling between district buildings as needed
