Working across multiple buildings in a supportive K-12 district, you’ll have the unique chance to develop your clinical skills through exposure to diverse student needs and collaborate with dynamic educational teams. The caseload is considered easy with low-behavior students, primarily serving high school and elementary grades—an excellent environment for professional growth and résumé enhancement. This in-person setting offers invaluable face-to-face experiences as virtual or hybrid options are not available.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Valid SLP-CCC and state licensure to practice in Oregon
  • Experience supporting K-12 students preferred
  • Ability to work full-time (37.5-40 hours/week)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reference sheet required at interview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a range of K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide services across multiple school sites
