Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active Texas SLP license
- At least one year of pediatric or school-based SLP experience (clinical fellows not eligible)
- Strong skills in administering assessments and providing direct therapy
- Ability to obtain and complete Texas-required fingerprinting expeditiously, if not already done
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students on service plans
- Conduct state-compliant evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Work closely with the educational team to support IEP goals and attend relevant meetings
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) spanning the academic year, perfect for those who value work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
