Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license in Texas; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in a school-based setting, particularly supporting K–7 students
• Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing direct intervention for speech and language needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to engage students and coordinate effectively with educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 5 hours of speech-language services weekly, divided between two days (2.5 hours each)
• Provide individualized and group therapy to a diverse caseload of 19 students
• Use evidence-based practices to plan, implement, and document interventions
• Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Track student progress, prepare regular updates, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
