Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Texas (SLP, CCC-SLP).
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
  • Capable of managing a caseload focused on students in grades K-7.
  • Committed to providing direct therapy and collaborating with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 5 hours of weekly service, split into two sessions of 2.5 hours direct therapy each.
  • Manage a caseload of 19 students, addressing a range of communication needs.
  • Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans.
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
