This full-time, contract role starts as soon as possible and continues through May 20, 2026. You'll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule that aligns with standard school hours, allowing for work-life balance and meaningful engagement with students.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
  • Recent school-based experience or strong passion for working with middle school students
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to a middle school student caseload
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
  • Conduct assessments, write progress reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Focus exclusively on therapy duties—there are no additional responsibilities such as bus or parent pick-up duties
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
