School Speech Language Pathologist - Eureka, MO

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure and/or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address student needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups
• Maintain timely and organized documentation of evaluations and student progress
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer direct consult and support services to teachers and parents to facilitate student development
• Attend team meetings and collaborate across disciplines for holistic student care
