Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Active Colorado SLP license with current CDE certification required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student support
- Document student progress and provide clear, consistent communication with educational teams
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
