Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Active Colorado SLP license with current CDE certification required
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student support
  • Document student progress and provide clear, consistent communication with educational teams
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate
