A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to make a positive impact in a supportive school setting in the Windsor, CO area. This full-time contract position starts on August 6, 2026 and runs through May 26, 2027, offering stability and the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred.
  • Passion for helping children reach their communication goals.
  • Excellent collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with families regarding interventions.
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and compliance activities as needed.
