Key Qualifications:
- Colorado Department of Education license and current Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create individualized education plans and document progress reports.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
