This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to work in collaboration with dedicated educators and families, making a meaningful difference in students’ academic journeys. Located near Evans, GA, the ideal applicant will provide evidence-based speech and language services on-site and help foster students’ growth in diverse educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathology license in Georgia
  • GaPSC Educator Certification required
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Proficiency with evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation within a school-based environment
  • Experience participating in IEP meetings and working with special education teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students based on their IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and school policies
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Stay current on best practices in school-based SLP services

This exciting school-based role runs through the end of May 2027, for 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. While on-site is preferred, additional options may be discussed for the right candidate.
