Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license to practice as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows warmly welcomed
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer support and guidance for students as they make progress towards communication goals
  • Participate in team and IEP meetings as needed
