Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Everett, Washington

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete CFY
• Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments
• Proficiency in delivering both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) speech services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning spaces

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Creating and delivering targeted therapy plans both on-site and via telepractice platforms
• Consulting with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student care
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Educating and supporting teachers and caregivers to reinforce strategies for student growth
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing expertise for student planning
