Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Everett, WA

A contract opportunity is available for a full-time SLP for the full school year in a collaborative, school-based environment near Everett, WA. This position is ideal for Clinical Fellows (CF) or experienced practitioners holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Both new graduates seeking mentorship and established clinicians are encouraged to apply.

What to Expect:

• School-based assignment serving students with diverse speech and language needs
• Full academic year engagement with a supportive interdisciplinary team
• Candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State licensure
• ESA certification is required; active certification or an application in progress is accepted
• Involvement in all facets of school-based services, including IEPs and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow status
• Washington State ESA certification or application underway
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in school settings is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language evaluations and therapeutic interventions
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Engage with educators, families, and other school staff for student support
• Document progress and maintain precise records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational plans
• Ensure all practices comply with school and state regulations
