School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Everett, Washington

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; will consider clinical fellows
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Engage in ongoing professional learning to remain current in best practices
