Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Washington (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to student growth and educational success

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
• Support and mentor students in building confidence and communication effectiveness
