  • Active or eligibility for SLP license in Hawaii
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed, new graduates completing CFY encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, and language disorders

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting speech and language evaluations for a caseload of students across various grade levels
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Providing engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborating with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social progress
  • Maintaining thorough, timely documentation of therapy progress and communication with families
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights for student success
