This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience working in school settings. The position offers a chance to provide in-person speech therapy services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from 1st through 11th grade. The role requires full-time availability during standard school hours.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), not an SLPA
- Current Minnesota SLP license
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school environments
- Familiarity with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is advantageous
- Comfort delivering in-person services exclusively
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning early elementary through high school students
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students throughout multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Deliver therapy consistently in an in-person school setting
Location & Contract Details:
- Position located in Excelsior, Minnesota
- Contract role with a start date as soon as possible and through May 29th
- Requires availability aligning with academic calendar and school hours
