What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Vermont
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency in teletherapy and in-person service delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to serving diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in schools
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals
  • Utilize teletherapy when appropriate to broaden student access
  • Provide mentorship and support to SLP-CFYs, as applicable
  • Review and assess progress, adjusting interventions as needed
