Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or the ability to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with a range of speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educators, parents, and administrators
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs in the classroom environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
