Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or the ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educators, parents, and administrators
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs in the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
