Speech Pathology - Fairfield, CA

Support students' success by providing expert speech-language services in an educational setting near Fairfield, CA. This full-time contract position runs the entire school year, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ communication skills and overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads across a range of student abilities and ages

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and identifying speech, language, and communication needs of students
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Delivering direct therapy services individually or in small groups
• Monitoring student progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and preparing regular reports
• Offering support through consultation with teachers and participation in IEP meetings
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
