Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads across a range of student abilities and ages
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and identifying speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Delivering direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Monitoring student progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and preparing regular reports
- Offering support through consultation with teachers and participation in IEP meetings
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
